We are looking for a hard working, reliable, enthusiastic person to join our busy, friendly and efficent admin team
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, with a 30 minute lunch break and 1 day 3.30pm finish)
Weeks: 41 weeks per year (Term time plus non pupil days, plus 2 weeks holiday working, spread over the school breaks as needed by the school)
Actual starting salary per annum: £17,951.82
Duties may include but not limited to:
-Assisting HR Manager with admin tasks, such as obtaining references, monitoring staff attendance, scanning and filing
- Assisting Finance Manager with the input of orders/invoices
plus:
- Reception and clerical support
- Liasing with parents/staff and outside agencies
- Supporting our Senior Leadership Group with Admin tasks
- Dealing with deliveries
- School newsletter
- Attendance and data collection
- Financial Administration
- Maintaining and updating school policies
- Update school website
- Maintaining admin for school systems such as Evidence for Learning, IRIS, Evolve

Full training will be given on relevant systems
Lexden Springs is an inspiring school where no two days are ever the same (but a smile is always guaranteed!) which caters for pupils aged 3 - 19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.
