Wishes to appoint a
SEN Administrator
Salary: Essex Scale 5 Point 8 - 11
(£17,667.84 - £18,749.84 per annum
+ £539.72 fringe allowance per annum)
35 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm (30 minute unpaid break)
41 weeks of the year - term time, inset days plus 2 additional weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Brentwood County High School have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Administrator to join the team to provide administrative support to the SEND department.
The SEN Administrator will be responsible for all SEN administration, providing proactive administrative and secretarial support to the SENCO including scanning, photocopying, filing, maintaining the database and uploading to SIMs, arranging meetings and taking notes in meetings and producing letters as and when required. You will maintain the SEN register, and be responsible for maintaining SEN student files. You will prepare 'top-up' funding forms and issue 'skip the queue cards', 'time out cards' and 'exit cards'.
