Are you inspirational in the classroom and eager to impart your knowledge to others? If so you may be the candidate we need to share our vision of, 'Have a go, try your best and look out for others'. At Cedar Hall, our pupils need someone who listens, who cares and who challenges them to be the best they can be.
We are currently looking for a part time teacher to work Mondays and Tuesdays as part of a job share, in a class of children with social and communication difficulties.
You would mainly be teaching Life Skills and English, to a vulnerable group of mixed Year 10 and 11 pupils. There will be 12 pupils in the group and you would be supported by two Learning Support Assistants. Trips out into the community would play an important part in this.

Cedar Hall School is an innovative and forward looking all age (5-16) Special Foundation School, which provides education for pupils who primarily experience global, moderate learning difficulties, but may also experience a range of other needs such as autistic spectrum disorders and speech and language difficulties.
