Administrative Assistant
Supporting the Heads PA and Designated Safeguarding Lead
20 Hours Per Week
44.3 weeks per year (39 working weeks)
Band 2, Scale Point 3 - 6
FTE: £18562 - £19698
Actual Salary: £8524.83 - £9046.55 plus Fringe Allowance

· Are you are able to communicate clearly and assertively whilst remaining calm, and tactful?
· Do you have a flexible and cheerful outlook plus a willingness to support other members of the team as required?
If so, we'd like to hear from you. You will be expected to provide confidential administrative support for the Heads PA and confidential support for the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to use their own initiative and manage their own workload, and be able to prioritise high volumes of work. You should also have strong IT and problem-solving skills and an understanding of an educational environment. Knowledge of SIMs (the school's database) and experience of reviewing/proof reading documents is desirable.
