Chelmsford College is looking to appoint an experienced Job Coach to work with young people with SEND. The successful candidate will work with the existing Supported Employment team in developing employment pathways for interns who have work placements within the departments of County Hall in Chelmsford. Chelmsford College works in partnership with Essex County Council to provide young people with learning disabilities/difficulties employment opportunities through the Goldlay Supported Internship.
