Exams Manager

Salary between £35,833 - £39,112 per annum dependent on experience

Located in Harlow

Full Time (37 Hours per week)

Fixed Term Maternity Cover

About the team

This role will be pivotal to the success of the Exams services across all income streams. The team has good depth of knowledge in their area, and are well versed in in data processing and make good use of ProSolution to communicate with teams and maintain accurate records.

About the role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented individual who can drive the development of efficient systems, ensure a robust approach to meeting the requirement of our regulatory bodies and ensure an efficient and effective exams service for all learners. This will include ensuring all learners have all the access arrangements in place in a timely manner.

In this role it is critical that establish and build good relationships with the quality team, the development team, management information services and curriculum managers. The successful candidate will work with the Executive Director of Information Services and the Vice-Principal to maximise the use of college systems.

Experience Required

· Up to date knowledge of JCQ rules

· Experience of organising exams across multiple awarding bodies, both on a large and small scale

· Experience of managing various student record systems (preferably including ProSolution)

· Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate quantitative concepts succinctly

· Sound knowledge of Microsoft office, especially spreadsheet provision
