Colchester Academy is a thriving secondary school, looking to appoint a Personalised Learning Area Manager to supervise students in the Personalised Learning Area. We are looking for someone with high standards who is intent upon driving up behaviour standards and inspiring the same in others, helping to drive the school towards excellence.
The appointment is 39 weeks per year, 35 hours per week.
