Teacher of Music
Salary £26,948 - £38,174per year Main Scale (Fringe)
Start date: 1st September 2021
Suitable for newly qualified teachers (NQT)
King Harold are looking to appoint an outstanding music teacher who is passionate about their subject and who is able to support and inspire our pupils through the study of Music.
You must be committed to continually improving teaching methods to provide greatest benefit to the students and share our our vision for the development of music and the impact that music can have on learning across the school.
The successful candidate will need to be creative and willing to take part in a range of extracurricular lessons, concerts, plays and events.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Confidence within their knowledge of GCSE curriculum;
• A creative and engaging teaching style;
• High standards of teaching and learning;
• The ability to reach all children regardless of ability.
King Harold Academy is part the Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) which enables the schools and departments to work collaboratively.
