We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, dedicated and capable LSA to work 1:1 with a child withspecific needs.
Term time only, 30 hours per week.
Start date - Summer Term 2021.
Experience of working with pupils, including physical and sensory needs, particularly those with special educational needs would be beneficial.
You will need to be:
Calm, positive and patient
Consistent and approachable
Able to work on your own initiative but also within a team
Able to listen to and take guidance from colleagues, specialist teacher and other professionals
Able to build positive relationships with the pupil and their families
The role will include helping to organise resources and working teacher & other LSA's to plan & co-ordinate work.
