Are you an excellent teacher ready for senior leadership or a successful leader wanting a new challenge?

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher, a practitioner with a passion for improving educational outcomes for children from all groups. We will welcome someone who will complement our school team; bring new ideas and join us on the next stage of our journey going forward.

We would like you to:

o Have experience as a leader with responsibility of a subject or phase

o Share our passion for a knowledge-based curriculum

o Have a proven track record of supporting staff development

o Have experience of working with children with SEND

o Have experience of curriculum development

o Be able to work in a creative way, demonstrating a record of consistently delivering good/outstanding lessons

o Be an outstanding practitioner who inspires your pupils and colleagues

o Have an impressive record of impact as a leader

o Be experienced in using assessment and data to drive progress

o Be passionate about shaping all areas of the school

o Have the highest ambitions for your pupils, the school and yourself
