DEPUTY HEADTEACHER

Leadership Pay Scale L9-L13 (£50,026-£55,202)

Following recent promotion to Headship of the current postholder, we are looking for a new, inspirational and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join our well established, experienced and successful team from January 2021 onwards. The post is not class-based although some regular teaching will be required.

You will be responsible for leading a key school improvement priority as well as championing the provision for our disadvantaged children. You will lead our superb team of support staff, assume the role of deputy designated safeguarding lead and support the Headteacher in further driving up standards.

Our school is a proud, founding member of the Chelmsford Learning Partnership - a mixed-phase multi-academy trust and we work particularly closely with Barnes Farm Infant school on the same site.
