Could you be the person who will become our new Deputy Headteacher?

You will:
- Be an excellent teacher who know their strengths and areas for development
- Be able to support teaching across the primary phase
- Become our assessment leader and data guru!
- Have a part-time teaching commitment (to be negotiated) and be able to 'walk the talk'.
- Be a key member of our safeguarding team and deputy designated safeguarding lead (one of 3)
- Have an eye for detail
- Have a strong belief and interest in inclusion
- Make a decent cuppa and know where to find the energy drinks!

Information about the School
West Horndon Primary School is a welcoming, warm and friendly primary school. We are located just outside Brentwood in Essex. We also have a 20 pupil Enhanced Provision for children with speech and language difficulties.
