Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an inspiring and motivated Phase Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will have class responsibility as well as playing a significant part in maintaining high standards of achievement at Waltham Holy Cross Academy. There will be designated leadership team out of class every week to support with the leadership aspects of the role. The Phase Leader will work with the Trust, Headteacher, Governors and Senior Leadership Team.
