Pay Scale 7 - Annual salary £24,799 - £27,905
Required 1st June 2020
We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Site Manager. This person will have a flexible approach, take pride in their work and will maintain the site in a pristine condition. They will be proactive, self-motivated and able to respond to deadlines.Our new Site Manager will have experience of managing a small team and premises.
Duties will include:
- Organisation and management of the premises operations
Support and line management of site staff and cleaning team
Liaising with, and supervising, external contractors
General repairs and maintenance, and redecoration
Implementation and management of school Health and Safety policies and procedures, including risk assessments

Please note that this is a split shift and some flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the pupils and the school.
