This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Inclusion Lead or Assistant Head who is passionate about inclusion and has the ability to create a positive impact.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and inspiring practitioner with relevant primary experience for the role of Assistant Head. The successful candidate will become part of our Senior Leadership Team and have strategic responsibility for inclusion across the school.

They will hold the National SENCO Qualification or be seeking to undertake the accreditation.

Applicants should have an excellent knowledge of what makes a stimulating and inspiring primary curriculum, high expectations of children's achievements and behaviour, a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning and be reflective.

They should be ready to lead a team and build positive relationships with colleagues and families and be willing to support the Christian ethos of the school.

The role is mainly non-class based, although some teaching in the form of team-teaching, modelling strategies and approaches and group work will be required.
