Are you a talented leader who has more to give and is ready for the next step? Do you have a passion for education, a desire to make a real difference, and put children at the heart of your decisions? Can you enthuse staff and engage children and parents, to further build on a strong reputation in the community?

Our popular single-form entry primary school is looking for a Headteacher who is committed to providing a rich and creative curriculum that inspires children to learn; someone who knows what outstanding provision and academic progress looks like, and has the potential to effect school-wide improvement to achieve their vision.

We are building leadership structures for the future and are looking for someone who will work closely with the local team and stakeholders and has a genuine desire to work with our partner trust primary and secondary schools in Ongar and Chelmsford.
