We require an inspiring, enthusiastic, creative and forward thinking Resilience Coach to manage and lead our exiting Resilience Coach team. The successful applicant will have experience in this field preferably working schools. They will lead a team who identify the needs of pupils and groups, contributing to more effective learning. This will be done by removing any barriers hindering progress. The successful applicant will enable our youngsters to build resilience and equip them with the tools to cope with life's challenges in a mature way, reflecting the school's ethos of Aspiration, Resilience, Opportunity, Excellence.
