We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or NQT to join our highly committed, hard working and experienced mathematics department. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the age and ability range and there may be an opportunity to teach A level for a suitably qualified candidate. Staff morale is high at our school; we have an excellent induction programme and a commitment to professional development for all staff. All teaching staff are provided with a laptop.

Our mathematics department is well resourced and you will have access to a range of exciting activities including STEM. The successful candidate will want to bring their passion and enthusiasm for mathematics to encourage, motivate and engage our students and continue to raise standards in this high performing department.

Our oversubscribed school achieved a 'GOOD' rating in its Ofsted inspection in February 2017 and we have a commitment to supporting students in developing as well-rounded individuals as well as achieving their academic potential.

Specialising in sports since 2004, our sports facilities, teaching expertise and extra-curricular provision are outstanding. Our students enjoy sporting success at district and national level and benefit from an exceptional extra-curricular programme although our ethos is centred on participation for all.
