Colchester Academy is a thriving secondary school, looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven Vice Principal to join its dedicated team. Owing to a rise in student numbers, we are looking to expand our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help continue to raise standards across the Academy. This is a brand new role which will lead a substantially sized pastoral team, to deliver excellence across the areas of personal development, behaviour and safeguarding across the Academy.
The successful candidate must have exceptionally high standards, boundless energy, the ability to motivate a team and the stamina and resilience to develop this area of the Academy.
Colchester Academy is a secondary school located in the heart of Colchester, Essex, and recently graded 'GOOD' by OFSTED (2018). This is an incredibly exciting time in our journey, as we have just joined a local Academy Chain, South Suffolk Learning Trust (SSLT).
