Deputy Head / SENCo
We are looking for a full time Deputy Head / SENCo to join our School Community from September 2020 or earlier if possible.
Candidates should:
o Qualified teacher status
o Degree
o Professional development in preparation for a leadership role
o Successful leadership and management experience in a school
o Teaching experience
o Involvement in school self-evaluation and development planning
o Line management experience
o Experience of contributing to staff development
o National Award for SEN Co-ordination, or a willingness to complete it within 3 years of appointment
o Experience of working at a whole-school level
o Involvement in self-evaluation and development planning
o Experience of conducting training/leading INSET
o Want to be a part of our Academy Chain, with the potential to progress within our structures.
