Job Description

Epping Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher/Phase Leader, who is passionate about high quality teaching and learning, has experience of driving improvement in a core subject and an ability to lead others. The role will initially be based in Early Years until the end of the academic year. This is a new exciting post for our school which is due to start in April 2020. This new Phase Leader role is to improve the progress and achievement through the wider curriculum in line with the newest Ofsted Framework.

You need to be an excellent classroom practitioner, have the ability to think and work innovatively and creatively, enjoy working as part of a successful team and be responsive to our whole school ethos of wanting the best for every child. You will have the ability to lead, motivate and challenge others. We are a learning centred school, teaching to a challenge based and skills led curriculum which is highly focussed on a positive growth mindset, well-being and building resiliency.
