Valiant is our centre for teaching 14-16 year olds who can lead challenging and complex lives and require support to unlock and reach their potential. The successful applicant would need: Understanding of the new 1-9 GCSE syllabus, ideally AQA Be able to teach Maths in a dynamic and engaging way with active learning strategies at the forefront of your delivery To be able to effectively differentiation in the classroom. To be able to Assess, Track and Feedback to multiple learners in a timely fashion Have an understanding of Progress8 and it's implications for learners of a school age is desirable To be willing to deliver Personal and Social Development Qualification at Level 1
