An opportunity has presented itself for bright and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Co-Educator Apprentice where you will obtain a Teaching Assistant Level 2.
You will need to hold or be working towards English and Maths Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE equivalent. You will be approachable, resilient and able to support our vulnerable students, as well as our most able. You will need to have a firm but fair approach as well as a commitment to support the Trust. Part of your role will be to encourage our students to become independent learners and, if you are interested in having a career in teaching, you will gain experience and training to prepare you for this.
