Assistant Caretaker
Based at Brentwood County High School,
Seven Arches Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4JF
Required Immediately
Salary: Band 3 point 8-16 (£17,907 - £20,435 per annum)
Plus shift allowance
Hours: 37 per week
(52.14 weeks per year)
The governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, pro-active and hard working person to join our school as part of the site team and contribute to the safety, appearance and upkeep of the school. The successful candidate will be involved in general caretaking duties including maintenance and security of the site and will work under the direction of our Site Manager and Trust Project Manager.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain a working knowledge of the locations of various buildings, departments, access routes and admitting/exiting requirements. You would be required to work as part of team with some weekend working, where a shift allowance will be paid (out of core hours).
