Hours: between 25.75 and 26.25 hours per week including some lunchtimes (to be negotiated)
Start date end of October/November (to be negotiated with successful candidates)
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Pastoral Support Assistant (TA) who can support our commitment to providing outstanding opportunities and ensure our pupils achieve excellent results. You will support and work in partnership with the class teacher to support learning in line with the national curriculum, under the direction of teaching staff and our Deputy Head, providing skilled support with learning, communication and social difficulties. We are looking for someone who is flexible, friendly and caring who is able to deliver learning opportunities with children, and who is committed to developing good relationships with staff, children, parents and outside agencies.

The Mayflower Primary School is two form entry with 327 currently on role. Our school is situated in Dovercourt, Harwich. We have good links with local schools, a strong Governing Body and supportive parents. The community feel of our school is important to us.
