Exams and Data Manager

37 hours per week, 39.6 weeks per year

Band 4 to mid

Actual Salary £19,297 - £21,656 p/a, inc Outer Fringe

We are seeking to appoint a proactive, hardworking and reliable professional to manage all processes relating to examinations and data management across the school.

The James Hornsby School is a well-resourced and progressive school. If you have a good knowledge of the school exams process, experience of data administration and excellent numeracy skills, as well as a flexible and pro-active work ethic, a sense of fun and enjoy working as part of a team, we can offer you a stimulating and very rewarding working environment. Providing a first class, efficient and effective exams and data management service to our school community must be a key priority for the successful candidate.

Experience of working with SIMs is desirable, however training will be given. In addition, you will need to demonstrate any management experience, have patience, resilience, exceptional organisational skills and enjoy working with young people. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a positive approach to working effectively to promote the school and our students. This is a customer facing role; therefore fluency in English is required.
