Salary: £19,347 per year (37 hours per week, Term Time + Staff Development Days + 7 additional days)

Working mainly within the Sixth Form Building, we require a Sixth Form Pastoral Tutor to be responsiblefor the administration and servicing of a range of functions bearing upon quality of provision and outcomes in the Sixth Form, and to maintain an appropriate atmosphere within the building. This role would suit someone with good administrative and computer skills and who is also good at building and maintaining appropriate relationships with students and staff.

Thecontract is for 37 hours per week covering Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm (3.30pm on Friday). The postholder will be expected to work on all days thatpupils are present, Staff Development Days, plus seven additional days during August to assist with the arrangements for A Level, GCSE results and Year 12 recruitment. The postholder will be entitled to the equivalent of 22 days paid holiday, rising to 25 days after five years of service.
