About the Team

The ESOL team are a growing team that supports students whose first language is not English, also offering pastoral care to the learners. We work closely with parents, carers and social workers.

About the role

The Senior Tutor works with students and other members of the team to ensure each student achieve their daily targets. You will be required to deliver, assess and develop the learner experience to enable them to achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College's values and ethos.

What we are looking for

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

  • A flair for motivating and engaging learners to learn and work hard
  • Excellent organisation, planning and assessment skills that enable effective learning.
  • A keen interest in ESOL, a qualification in ESOL is preferred but not essential.
