Paid working weeks: 46 weeks per year, 37 hours per week
Salary: Local Government Pay Scale Band 5, 29 to Point 33 (Actual salary: £28,257 to £31,703)
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is an emerging MAT based in Springfield, Chelmsford with 7 schools across Central and West Essex. This role has been created as a result of the expansion of the MAT and it presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the operational effectiveness of our schools.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who will provide leadership to many operational aspects of our MAT. The successful candidate will be responsible for all trust wide communications as well as ensuring that there is a consistent and effective approach towards GDPR in our schools. The successful candidate will also ensure the trust complies with all statutory aspects of HR by liaising with our external HR Provider (Stone King) and being the central point of contact for schools in all matters relating to HR. The Operations Manager will also provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer and our Chief Financial Officer.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work independently whilst, at the same time, be able to form effective relationships with school staff, trust staff, governors and trustees. The role is based in the trust's offices in Chelmsford.

Information about the School
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is an emerging multi-academy trust based in Springfield, Chelmsford. The trust was formerly known as The Boswells Academy Trust but changed name in late 2017 to reflect the growth of the trust beyond one school. There are currently 8 schools across Essex in the CLP multi academy trust.
The schools in the CLP are: Barnes Farm Infant School, Barnes Farm Junior School, Lakelands Primary School, Perryfields Infant School, Roding Valley High School, The Beaulieu Park School, The Boswells School and The Tyrrells Primary School.
