H.R Manager
required as soon as possible
Band 6, point range 23-29 (£24,630 to £29,403 pa, pro rata for term time only)
Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday (this post is available full time or term time only and can be discussed at interview)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified H.R Manager and would love to hear from you if you are inspirational, creative and dynamic.
You will be qualified with, or working towards, a minimum of C.I.P.D level 3 H.R qualification or equivalent. You should have extensive H.R experience, ideally gained from within an educational establishment, although training can be given in this aspect of the role.
The Ideal Candidate will:
·Have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to liaise confidently with senior members of staff, and to forge positive relationships with staff of all levels and key stakeholders.
·Be highly driven and exceptionally well organised, with a proven track record of managing multiple H.R related tasks to meet deadlines
·Take responsibility for all H.R related activities across the academy including recruitment and selection, data management and reporting, compliance and general H.R administration.
