Teacher of Boys PE
1 Year Fixed 0.6 Contract
Newly Qualified Teacher/Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale
Required for start in September 2019
The Boswells School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of Boys PE wanting to make a difference and grow professionally. We are looking for the successful candidate to deliver high quality PE lessons and to join an already outstanding PE Faculty.
It's an ideal opportunity to begin or further develop a career teaching PE as part of a supportive team of 6 specialists where PE is taught across all the key stages. Applications are welcome from NQTs. This role requires a passion for PE and excellent subject knowledge in teaching and coaching Football and Basketball. Experience in Volleyball would be desirable but not essential.
The PE Faculty achieves area, regional and national success across a range of sports and the successful candidate would be expected to contribute to the programme through extra-curricular activities.
The school has excellent facilities including a swimming pool, a sports hall, a gym, vast playing fields and 8 netball courts.
