Administrative Assistant (Attendance)

32.5 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year

Pay Range: Local Government Band 2 capped at midpoint £18,065 - £18,795 per annum (Point 3-5)

(Actual salary: £13,482 - £14,027)

Start Date: 1st September 2019

The Role

We are seeking an outstanding individual to provide administrative support within the attendance department.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

· Assist Attendance Officer and/or House Manager with welfare calls

· Enter attendance marks for students on school trips or other planned absences.

· Take telephone messages and record absences on electronic registration systems (SIMS)

· Provide attendance lesson reports for tutors as and when required.
