John Ray Junior School is seeking to appoint a midday assistant.

Monday to Friday 11:30 am to 1:10 pm each day (8 hours 20 minutes per week)

Actual Salary for this post is £3232.63 to £3425.56

Required for : as soon as possible

Lunchtimes at John Ray Junior School are fun filled, activity packed and instrcutional for all our children.

Our midday team help supervise the smotth running of sittings in the dining hall and lead a number of selected activities in the playground.

We are looking to appint a midday assistant to help organise, encourage and engage children in good manners, positive behaviour and keen participation in playground games. The successful candidate will be caring, enthusiastic and most importantly a team player. A flexible attitute is key as no two days will be the same!

W are keen to appoint the right person to join our midday team and therefore previous experience is not necessary as full induction and ongoing training will be provided.

Our school is a four-form entry junior school catering for children from 7-11. We work in close partnership with our neighbouring infant school as well as other local primary schools.
