We are seeking to appoint an experienced, outstanding and caring Pastoral Support Worker who will work as part of our team.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide support and guidance to our vulnerable families
Working alongside our SENCO, implementing small group and individual interventions
Attending social care meetings, writing reports, updating chronologies, feedback to relevant staff
Supporting the school and families in meeting the School Attendance Targets
To provide direct support to teachers and support staff whereby issues and concerns can be raised and solutions found.
The role is term time only, 30 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8:45am - 3:30pm working flexibly in and out of school hours where required.
