ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL
(ENGLISH SPECIALIST)

We need your vision, drive & determination to help us in our journey towards "Outstanding" at our highly successful and nationally recognised Academy.
You will play a central role within our Senior Leadership Team; providing vision & operational deliverance on matters such as curriculum planning, data & standards, well-being, behaviour & safety, and teaching & learning. You will be an outstanding practitioner of English, with a proven track record of success. You will utilise the best of your talents whilst developing personally within a committed and experienced group of senior leadership colleagues.
Ormiston Rivers Academy is recognised as being well on course to achieving "Outstanding" at its next Ofsted inspection. We are supported in this aim by our sponsor, Ormiston Academies Trust. Our overall Progress 8 score in 2018 placed us within the top 10% of schools nationally, and ranked us as the highest performing non-selective school in Essex.
