Higher Level Teaching Assistant/Unqualified Teacher

Salary Unqualified Teacher Pay Range 1-6
(£16,959 - £26,821pa)
Or
Equivalent HLTA non-Teaching Band 4 SCP 26 - 30

Our lively and supportive school is seeking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated practitioners who have a passion for learning with children. The roles include;
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant /Unqualified Teacher
The successful candidates will be based in a year-group delivering a mixture of small group interventions and whole class teaching. We are also particularly keen to incorporate into the role any area of expertise/specialism that you may have, whatever that may be.
- Cover HLTA/ Cover Unqualified Teacher
In this role you will be managed by our Cover Supervisor giving you the opportunity to work across our whole school teaching a range of classes across the week.
Applicants for both roles should be able to demonstrate; experience of planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an expectation of high achievement and good behavior from pupils and; an ability to work flexibly as, you may be working across the year group and in different classes as and when the need arises.

A HLTA or teaching qualification is desirable however for the right candidate professional development training will be offered.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, term time plus non-pupil days, 8.30am - 4.00 pm.
