The Governors of St Margaret'sCofE Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic and aspirational Head Teacher who has excellent communication skills and will ensure the success and progression of our pupils as we continue on our journey from Good to Outstanding status.
St Margaret's CofE Primary School is a small Church of England primary school situated in Toppesfield, Essex Village of the Year, awarded for the strength of community life. The school has an excellent reputation and works in close cooperation with other primary schools within the Colne Valley Consortium (CVC). In 2016, the school was rated as Good by Ofsted.
We have a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Support Staff and Governors with an active and supportive group of parents. We all work together to create a school environment where everyone's contribution is valued and children know that their achievements and successes are recognised.
We are looking for a leader who will be able to challenge, inspire and motivate their team and develop a strategic vision for our Church school and who will:
