Examinations and Assessment Coordinator

About the team
Examinations and Assessment team provides an efficient, effective and customer-focused services to students and college teams. The department contributes to the registration, assessment and certification of all students and maintains college's reputation through the rigorous application of the rules and regulation of awarding organisations during examinations and assessments.
About the role
The successful candidate will coordinate the work of the exams team and will be responsible for organising and maintaining up-to-date learner and examination records. Ensuring that appropriate training of staff is taking place will be an important part of the role.
What we are looking for
We are seeking to appoint a coordinator with significant experience of maintaining Management Information Systems and ability to work methodically and accurately under pressure, manage their own workload and meet deadlines. Ideally the successful candidate should hold a full driving licence.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, knowledge of JCQ regulations and experience of IT based record systems.
