The role provides a great opportunity for an existing senior leader ambitious for headship, with the initial specific responsibilities being tailored to maximise the skills and expertise of the successful applicant. Over time the post holder will be expected to welcome exposure to the full range of roles and responsibilities required in leading a successful academy.
