Lead Teacher - Early Years

(MPS/UPS + Fringe) plus TLR2e (£4,228)

Required for September 2019

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join a highly motivated team in an outstanding school (Ofsted, April 2012) and a National Teaching School since 2013. We are seeking a dynamic teacher with high expectations and a happy disposition. You will need to have a strong track record of (at least) good teaching and excellent pupil progress rates.

You will be responsible for developing teaching and learning across the Early Years curriculum in order to raise achievement. Working with the Headteacher, you will plan for effective use and deployment of a highly resourced phase.

We set high standards for the quality of teaching and will support you to become an outstanding teacher through the provision of outstanding professional development including opportunities for outreach through the Teaching School, Catalyst Academies Trust and ITT support work.

Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.
