Salary Range: Group 2 L12-L18 (London fringe)- salary payable dependent on experience

Are you a current or aspiring practising Catholic Primary Senior Leader looking for a Headship as part of a Catholic Multi Academy Trust?

St Joseph's Catholic Primary is looking for an inspiring and dedicated Headteacher who will lead our vibrant primary school as part of the Christus Catholic Trust.

A leader who:

. Is a practising Catholic with a strong faith and deep commitment to Catholic Education who will support the Catholic Ethos of the school.
. Will inspire and guide the children and staff
. Will persevere to ensure all children are given the opportunity to achieve to the best of their ability and provide them with a well-rounded education
. Has a proven track record of outstanding practice and achievement with high expectations of best practice in all areas of the school
. Innovates, encourages, enthuses and motivates the school community through excellent communications and interpersonal skills
. Is totally committed to the inclusive ethos of the school and the Trust, ensuring the core values are represented and encouraged with all key stakeholders
. Builds upon strong links and partnerships with other academies in the Trust, our parishes, the Diocese and the wider community
. Can lead by example and model a strong leadership by nurturing the continuous development of our staff

The Christus Catholic Trust (CCT) will offer:
