Teacher Of Physics - MPR

(With the possibility of up to 50% training fees being paid if the successful candidate is an NQT)

Moulsham High School has an excellent academic record, a genuine commitment to the welfare and development of staff, and high expectations of student behaviour. The school was inspected in 2015 and was described as Good overall, with many outstanding features. The 2018 School Performance Tables place Moulsham in the top 10 schools in Essex.

We are looking for an exceptional teacher of Physics to teach up to and including GCSE. A level teaching would be available for a suitable candidate. The Science Faculty has a strong team ethos, high expectations and a proven track record of success at both G.C.S.E. and A-level. Its work is supported by a team of seven technicians. The school provides excellent facilities for teaching Science which will be enhanced by a new, purpose built Science block opening at Easter 2019.

NQTs teach a reduced timetable of 40 out of 50 periods a fortnight. In addition to having a mentor within the Science Faculty, they also follow an excellent NQT induction programme which is led throughout the year by a senior member of staff.

Moulsham High School has a close working relationship with an on-site early year's childcare provider. This enables staff working at the school to receive a discount if full day nursery or wrap around care is required
