15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Band 2 points 11-14.
£17,007 - £18,319 pro rata.
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our busy office from 1st February 2019. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and therefore a calm and positive disposition is essential. Duties include answering the phone, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying and keeping pupils records on the school database. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but not essential.
You should be:
· Methodical and well-organised
· Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail
· Able to prioritise work
· A good teamworker
You should have:
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Good ICT skills
· The ability to relate well with parents, pupils, teachers and staff
