An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly school as a Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will be working with KS3/4 pupils in our thriving special school for pupils with moderate and complex needs.
We are seekingan enthusiatic individualto work with students and staff to maximise the learning opportunities for all students. The successful applicant will have experience or interest in working with students with a range of abilities.
You will also have good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work flexibly and co-operatively in a team context. Appropriate and accurate use of English in written and oral communications and good organisational skills are also required as this post has an administrative component.
Someone with a caring nature, combined with a sense of humour would be ideal.The ability to instruct lessons and adapt planning would be an advantage for this post.
The working pattern will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.50 to 3.05 and Tuesday 8.50 - 4.15, 29 Hours and 45 Minutes per week, Term Time Only.
