Cecil Jones Academy opened in September 2015 as part of the Legra Academy Trust. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and aspiring professional. You will become part of a vibrant and energetic work environment and join a highly committed group of students and staff.

We are looking for an individual with a good knowledge and practical experience of working as a Science Technician, preferably in a school setting to join our Science department.

The successful applicant will be able to ensure that Science lessons are prepared well, equipment are maintained to a high standard, ensuring the safety of students at all times. In addition, the successful applicant will ideally have experience of working with young people and be capable of working flexibly within a strong and supportive team and have the willingness and ability to learn and develop further in the role.

Qualifications: Not essential but a working knowledge of English, Maths and ICT an advantage.
