We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistantto join our dynamic and highly skilled teaching team. Experience of working with children is preferable, alongside a caring and patient approach to supporting children as the role may include giving one to one assistance within the class to those with particular needs. We will also be looking at the candidate's ability to work with small groups of children.
A good general standard of education is expected from applicants with a minimum qualification of Grade C in both English and Maths.
Bournemouth Park Academy achieved a 'Good' grading during our last 2016 Ofsted inspection. Whatever their starting point, our children make excellent progress. We have high expectations for children's attainment and behaviour.
