We are looking for an LSA towork26 hrs per week on a fixed term contract to support teaching and learning in the classroom.
We are looking for an LSA with:
- Expertise in running interventions.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- An enjoyment of working as part of a team.
There is also the potential for a suitable candidate to work1:1 to support an SEND child. This role will be within an infantclass to work in partnership with class teachers to support the learning of a child with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

William Martin Infant and Junior Schools are two form entry schools with a nursery also attached. Our school is a member of The Vine Schools Trust, the academy attached to the Diocese of Chelmsford.
