08.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday; 8.00am - 4.00pm Friday (not negotiable)

St Helena School is a lively, friendly and welcoming 11-16 school with 960+ students currently on roll. It was rated as Good by Ofsted in June 2014 and is now on a journey to Outstanding. St Helena is one of five Secondary and two Primary Academies in the Sigma Multi-Academy Trust, based in Essex which was formally established in 2016 to promote collaboration across a range of partners in Colchester and the surrounding area.

We are seeking to appoint strong administrator to join our well-established and progressive Administration team. The successful applicant will ideally have previous office and/or administration experience, and enjoy working in a team environment.

There is an abundance of opportunities for an ambitious professional to develop their skills and develop management skills, with an exceptional CPD training programme designed for our support staff.

St Helena School, part of the Sigma Trust, is a highly-regarded 11-16 co-educational Academy, recognised as Good by Ofsted in 2014 and now on a journey to Outstanding. Located on 17 acres in historic Colchester, the school has a fine blend of traditional and modern facilities and opened a £2.5m new Science block in 2015, and a £2.5m all weather pitch facility in February 2016.

On 1 September 2016, the school joined The Sigma Trust, a partnership of schools with The Stanway School, The Thomas Lord Audley School, Clacton County High School, Monkwick Junior School and Monkwick Infants School and Nursery.
