Site Manager
Band 3 Point 17-21 (£17,140 - £19,403 includes Fringe) depending on experience.
35 hours per week (split shift early morning & late afternoon/ early evening), Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays being required) 52 weeks per year (subject to a 6 month probationary period)

Following retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen to work at our popular Single entry Church School. We are looking to recruit a new Site Manager who is reliable, caring, adaptable and an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, self-motivated, energetic and keen to work as part of a team. They will contribute to the smooth running of the School by organising and undertaking the caretaking, maintenance, cleaning and security of the school site, equipment and grounds. Caretaking or general maintenance skills together with a knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, and procedures are essential.
The primary role will be:
- Providing a clean, safe and secure environment for pupils and staff
- Ensuring that the management and maintenance of the school buildings are effectively undertaken
- Undertaking repairs and DIY where necessary
- Undertake cleaning when necessary
- Keeping the school secure (opening and closing of the school site each day)
- Oversee building/maintenance projects
- Liaise with builders and contractors in a professional and organised manner

Hutton All Saints’ is a Church of England Primary School serving the Parish of Hutton and surrounding district. It was originally founded in 1840 on a site in Hutton Village. The school transferred in the 1950’s to a new building on its present site.
It has strong links with St. Peter’s and All Saints’ churches and through them to their local community. The school governors, staff, children and the church take this link very seriously and are proud of their joint contribution to local education.
