We are looking for a dynamic, organised, enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our established therapies team.
Starting salary (Equivalent to NHS Band 5) £24,470.73 actual to £31,511.87 actual (NHS band 6) dependent on experience.
Lexden Springs is an inspiring school where no two days are ever the same (but a smile is always guaranteed!) which caters for pupils aged 3 - 19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.
We recently moved to a purpose built site in September 2019, with amazing facilities for our pupils. With pupil numbers contiunuing to grow, it really is an exciting time to join our team.

The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential
To be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding scaffolding their next steps accurately
To have high expectations of students and experience of raising achievement
Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
Passion for pupils with SEND
Relevant Degree in Speech and Language (must hold a current HCPC license)
